I’ve taken care to ensure that every unit has been tested before I pack it up and ship to you. However, If the unit fails through no fault of your own within the first 6 months, contact me immediately either here, by e-mail, or phone. If its something we can’t correct, I’ll have you send the failed item back to me and I’ll repair or replace it.
OUT OF WARRANTY
In most cases, we’re able to resolve any issues with a Warranty exchange. However, If a unit is out of warranty, we offer an exchange service for a marginal fee. The unit you’ll receive is a refurbished unit with the latest software versions installed. You must return your old failed unit to us for repair / exchange. If the glass on the touch screen is damaged, cracked, or broken, we need to add an addition $50 to cover the cost of a new touchscreen assembly.

Our warranty is for repair or replacement of the Waiter ECC, Legacy, and TS units only. Installation, removal, replacement is the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you change your mind and want to return your unit. Within 30 days, I’ll provide a full refund minus 10% to help me cover my expenses, i.e.: credit card service and shipping and handling, etc. You must notify me that you’re returning the unit. It must be complete, working, all accessories, and be in a re-saleable condition.
LIABILITY LIMITS
Waiter ECC limits liability to the repair/replacement of the Waiter ECC components, at our discretion.
