If you’re attempting to order from outside the United States, our normal ordering shopping cart will not allow you to place an order. You’ll need to contact us to make arraignments, Use the CONTACT form at the bottom of the ABOUT US page, include a phone number, e-mail address, mailing address and the system that you’ll need to order.
Most countries impose import duties, tariffs and fees for shipments coming into their country. I don’t know the dollar amount of these fees for the various countries, nor how they are applied, so I’ll give you a couple options before placing your order:
1) I’ll ship via FedEx or USPS from my account, the receiver of the package (you) will pay all import, duties, and tariff fees upon delivery. I need a statement from you that you’ll accept and pay the additional fees on your end when you receive the package. Please include a phone number where the shipper can reach you.
ALSO – Our normal $35 shipping fee will not cover the cost of shipping, so I’ll need bill you for the additional amount by sending you a PayPal request for any additional shipping costs. If you’d like, I can get a shipping estimate from FedEx or USPS before you place your order. Keep in mind the shipping estimate may not cover the import fees, tariffs, duties that your country may impose.
NOTE Shipping into Canada is running approximately $30 additional, so this will be added to your order. (Total shipping into Canada will be approximately $65, if its more than that, I’ll send you a PayPal request.
2) If you have a FedEX or UPS account, create a shipper for the item on your end using your account. The box weighs 2.4 lbs, and is 12x8x6 inches. Shipping will be from NW Ohio, USA. I’ll use your shipper and drop the box off at FedEx or UPS, your choice.
