EARLY - Used from about 1994 - 1998. Operator panel has blue/red graph to indicate set point. Part numbers are 00-003xx-xxx.

COMMON - Used from about 1998 - 2005. Operator panel has numbers (50 - 90) to indicate set point. Part numbers are 00-005xx-xxx.

LATE - Used from about 2005 - 2009. Operator panel has round dial for set point. Part numbers are 00-008xx-xxx.

All kits come with the following:

• Waiter Legacy control circuit board
• Waiter Legacy operator panel
• Power switch with mount plate, lug connectors or wire nuts, and heat shrink tubing
• Operators Instructions
