Out of Warranty Exchange / Upgrade Service

CONTACT US FIRST to determine if your unit is out of warranty. If it is, we offer a repair or exchange service . You can return your old control module circuit board and touchscreen / operator panel for repair, OR, exchange it for a refurbished unit. See the note regarding additional expense for cracked or broken touchscreen glass.

Repair - You must return both the control module circuit board and the wall mounted operator panel. These will be cleaned, repaired, and updated where required. The latest firmware and software will be installed, and the unit will undergo a thorough testing before being returned to you. Your repaired unit will come with w new unit warranty.

Exchange - We'll send you a refurbished unit (control module circuit board and operator panel / touchscreen) that is compatible with your current Waiter ECC, Legacy, or TS system. These units have been cleaned, repaired, have the latest firmware and software installed, and have undergone thorough testing. Exchange units come with a new warranty.

Upgrade - If you wish to upgrade your current Waiter system to one of higher value, i.e. Waiter TS to Waiter ECC contact us for cost. You current system must be operational and in re-salable condition.

You MUST return your old / defective unit back to us within 4 weeks, else we re-bill you for the cost of a new unit.

NOTE - Because of the high cost of the replacement touchscreen glass, if the glass is cracked, chipped, or broken, we MUST charge an addition $60 to cover the cost of replacing this very expensive component.

$165 Waiter ECC - Touchscreen glass is OK.

$225 Waiter ECC - Touchscreen glass is cracked or broken.
